As the graduate hall director, I assisted a full-time hall director with managing a residential community of over 600 students. Additionally, I supervised, advised, trained, and evaluated 11 resident advisors and 1 student desk manager. Other duties included creating educational programs, ajudicating conduct meetings, responding to crises, and fostering relationships with residential students.
ACUHO-I Summer Intern

During this summer, I assisted with the operations in a residential community of 632 students. I led teambuilding activites and created a resource binder for the staff of resident advisors. Further, I worked with my co-intern to review, edit, and create new residential curriculum lesson plans, newsletter, and other supplemental materials.
Student Alumni Connection Graduate Intern

Throughout this academic year, I served as the primary advisor for Student Alumni Connection (SAC), a student advancement organization. I orchestrated the planning, implementaiton, and evaluation of all events sponsored by SAC. Moreover, I advised four executive board members and developed trainings for the whole organization. My largest accomplishment was developing a successful proposal to shift the organization's efforts and change the name to better align with those.
